We sell stingless bee honey.  
Product images on the website are for reference only; colors may vary from actual products due to display settings.  
We reserve the right to adjust product prices, descriptions, and inventory without prior notice.

3. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to our confirmation before they are finalized.  
Displayed prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).  
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed separately during checkout.

4. Payment Methods
We process payments through third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe) to ensure transaction security.  
Your order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery Policy
We will arrange shipment within 3 business days after order confirmation.  
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics issues (e.g., customs clearance, weather conditions).  

Please inspect products upon receipt. If you find the package damaged during transportation, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

6. Returns and Refunds
As honey is a food product, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for hygiene reasons, unless the product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.  

In such cases, please provide photo or video evidence within 24 hours of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement  for you.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Saraluck Trading (HK) Limited, protected by copyright law, and may not be used without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held legally liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or products.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
