About the Product
1. How is stingless bee honey different from regular honey?
Stingless bee honey has a unique taste, featuring a natural sweet-and-sour fruity aroma and a moister texture. Its content of antioxidants and nutrients differs from that of regular honey, resulting in a more complex flavor profile.
2. Is the honey pure and natural? Does it contain added sugar?
Our honey is 100% pure and natural. It is harvested directly from the hive, lightly filtered, and then bottled. We never add any sugar, water, or preservatives.
3. Why does the honey appear relatively thin / Why does it crystallize?
Stingless bee honey naturally has a higher water content, giving it a relatively thinner and softer consistency—this is its natural characteristic. It may also form fine crystals at lower temperatures, which is a normal occurrence and does not affect its quality. Please store it in a cool, dry place.

Storage & Consumption
7. How should the honey be stored?
Please store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, ensure the lid is tightly closed. Refrigeration is not necessary. If crystallization occurs due to cold temperatures, it can be restored to its liquid state by leaving it at room temperature.
8. Any suggestions for consuming the honey?
To preserve its natural enzymes and flavor, it is recommended to dissolve the honey in warm water at a temperature below 40°C.
